01 NDA & Needs Analysis
We sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement governed by Singapore law. Our team clarifies your brand positioning, target market rules, product specs, MOQ and delivery timeline to lock customized requirements.
02 Solution & Resource Matching
We select qualified audited factories matching your product characteristics, arrange industrial design support, and provide transparent itemized quotation covering mold, certification, production and logistics cost.
03 Sampling & Certification Planning
We develop prototypes and iterate samples until golden sample approval. Meanwhile, we formulate certification roadmap to obtain mandatory market approvals registered directly under your brand.
04 Mass Production & In-Line QC
Formal production launches only after pre-production sample approval. We implement on-site or remote quality inspection covering raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
05 Third-Party Inspection & Global Delivery
Independent international inspectors (e.g. SGS) conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue official reports. After passing inspection, we arrange customs clearance and sea/air shipment to your designated warehouse worldwide.
