We maintain an isolated internal file and sample management system to prevent information leakage.

All cooperation is covered by bilingual (English/Chinese) NDA under Singapore jurisdiction for enforceable liability.

Global Compliance & Certification Services

We coordinate accredited third-party lab testing and regulatory documentation for pet products tailored to your target-market requirements.

We are not a certification-issuing authority. Instead, we act as your dedicated compliance manager: all final valid test reports and mandatory certificates will be officially registered under your brand entity, rather than a generic factory name.

Please note: There are no universal pre-approved certificates covering our full product catalogue. Every compliance document is project-specific, generated against your final product design, raw material formulation and material specification. Test reports and certificates cannot be reused for different item versions or material changes.

We work with globally recognized laboratories including SGS and Bureau Veritas. All compliance work will be completed before mass-production upon your request.

Data & Privacy Compliance

We comply with Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All your commercial and project data are encrypted, solely used for your cooperation and will never be shared with third parties.

OEM Compliance Disclaimer

All trademarks, logos and graphics printed on customized goods are independently owned and legally registered by the customer. The customer shall be fully responsible for the legitimacy of brand IP. SKYGEM only provides OEM/ODM development, certification coordination, production supervision and supply chain services, and does not claim any IP rights to client-exclusive products. We will archive your trademark certificates and production authorization for every order to ensure full compliance.
